Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Ink Life Inc. (“Ink Life Inc”, “we”, “us”), which runs the Ink Life Inc Live tattoo studio at 7375 E Stetson Dr, Unit 201, Scottsdale, AZ, collects and uses your information when you book with us, visit book.inklifeinc.com, pay us, or receive text messages from us.

Information we collect

• Contact details: your name, mobile number and email address.
• Appointment details: the artist, date and time, your tattoo idea, placement, size and any reference links you share.
• Consent and release forms you sign before a tattoo, as required for tattoo services.
• Payment details: deposits and payments are processed by Stripe, Venmo or Zelle. We see the amount and whether it was paid; we never see or store your full card number.
• Text-message consent: whether you agreed to appointment texts, when, and how (online checkbox or in person).
• 3D scans (only if your artist sends you a scan link): the photos you take of the body area, and the 3D model built from them. The photos are deleted once the model is made; the model is used only to plan and size your tattoo.
• Basic technical data: cookies that keep staff logged in and remember a referral link you used to reach us.

How we use it

• To book, confirm, change and manage your consults and tattoo sessions.
• To send appointment confirmations, reminders and deposit reminders by text message (only if you opted in) and by email.
• To take deposits and payments and keep records of them.
• To answer your questions and provide aftercare information.
• To keep the records tattoo studios are required to keep.

Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in, Ink Life Inc. sends appointment-related text messages to the mobile number you gave us. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop, or HELP for help. See the SMS Terms in our Terms & Conditions.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. The only exception is the service providers below, which handle data solely to deliver our services to you.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the studio, and only for that purpose:

• Twilio — sends our text messages.
• Stripe — processes card payments and deposits.
• Vercel and Neon — host our booking system and its database.
• Jotform — collects signed consent forms.
• KIRI Engine — builds the 3D model from 3D-scan photos.
• Shopify — runs our online store at inklifeinc.com.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep appointment, payment and consent records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal and tax requirements, then delete or anonymize them.

Your choices

• Stop texts any time by replying STOP. You can still book without agreeing to texts.
• Ask us to see, correct or delete your information by calling or texting 602-576-6248, or visiting the studio.

Security

Staff access is password-protected, connections are encrypted, and payment details are handled by Stripe. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

Our services are meant for adults 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
