These Terms & Conditions apply when you book with, pay, or receive messages from Ink Life Inc., doing business as Ink Life Inc Live (7375 E Stetson Dr, Unit 201, Scottsdale, AZ), including through book.inklifeinc.com.

Bookings

• Consults are free and booked online or in person.
• Tattoo sessions may require a deposit to hold your time. Your deposit locks in your appointment and comes off your tattoo total on the day of your session.
• Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or move an appointment. Call or text 602-576-6248.
• You must be 18 or older and bring a valid photo ID to be tattooed.

Payments

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We also accept cash, Venmo and Zelle. Tips are optional and go to the studio.

SMS Terms

• Program: Ink Life Inc Live appointment texts from Ink Life Inc.: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, deposit reminders and links to prepare for your tattoo. No marketing messages.
• How you join: by checking the unchecked “Yes, text me about my appointments” box at the last step of booking online at book.inklifeinc.com/book, or on our sign-up page, book.inklifeinc.com/sms (also linked from the QR code at our front desk). Agreeing to texts is not a condition of booking or buying anything.
• Message frequency varies — usually 1 to 4 messages per appointment.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• To stop: reply STOP to any message. You'll get one message confirming you're unsubscribed and no more after that. To join again, reply START or sign up again at book.inklifeinc.com/sms.
• Help: reply HELP, or call or text 602-576-6248.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Website use

Please use our booking site only to make real appointments. Don't misuse it, try to break it, or book in someone else's name without their permission.

Limits of liability

Our website and messages are provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Ink Life Inc. isn't responsible for indirect losses from using the site or from messages that are delayed or not delivered.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
